Sheri made the process of buying a home on Beaver Island a breeze. Being an islander herself, she was very knowledgeable about what goes into owning an island home. And, if she did not know something, she was diligent about finding the answers. She has many connections to various tradesmen and resources which was very helpful. In a tight-knit community like Beaver Island, no one could survive long in business without being capable and efficient and Sheri Richards is certainly that. Sheri Richards was the listing agent for our house on Beaver Island, MIShe was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and provided us with excellent advise. She gave us the sales prices for competing properties, advice on improving the visual impressions and staging the showing of the house. She also paid for and hired a very professional photographer so the posted photos spoke for themselves. She scheduled open houses and she assisted us in writing what we felt were the greatest assets of the property and leaving handouts for would be buyers.
